Feeding fee for minors by both parents: An analysis from the right compared

When talking about the responsibilities or obligations that a person carries within a State, it is essential to point out as one of the most important parental responsibility or food obligation for minors, since fulfilling this obligation in a correct way, generates stability and progress to a nation. In the different Latin American States there have been some legal variations in terms of food obligation, based on the International Convention on the Rights of the Child in order to generate protection, stability and security for the minor, therefore in this chapter talk about the most outstanding characteristics of the food obligation in countries such as Argentina, Chile and Peru, making a comparison with the Colombian State, in order to determine if it is possible to adjust our legal system and bring ideas that improve compliance with that obligation or if in the end the Colombian legal system is structured correctly in terms of the requirement that it makes to the parents to fulfill their responsibility.
