Abstract

Smart cities are development environments that improve the quality of life of their inhabitants and make better use of natural resources, using Information and Communication Technologies. Currently worldwide there is strong interest from governmental spheres, social and environmental organizations for the implementation of technologies that allow improving the environment, approaching smart cities, addressing current problems such as smart mobility, smart environment, security and transparency, among others.

It is important to understand that, although the current solution is to adapt smart solutions to existing cities, it is convenient to highlight the design of cities of the future, which are part of the environment and take advantage of their geographical location, which have intelligent construction aspects, thinking from the I started in futuristic cities and not only adapting them to the needs of the moment.
