For the presentation of Volume 18, Number 35, the journal offers a comprehensive and contemporary perspective on the educational, technological, organizational, and social challenges facing Latin American contexts. This issue invites reflection on the transformations demanded by the present, from strengthening digital skills associated with artificial intelligence to the need to rethink pedagogical practices in settings affected by violence and conflict. Along these lines, contributions that problematize learning, emotional management, and the construction of meaningful knowledge at various educational levels are highlighted.
The journal reaffirms its commitment to interdisciplinary dialogue, methodological innovation, and the production of knowledge oriented toward social well-being and institutional development. Research examining the role of managerial skills in administrative practice is included, as well as applied studies on the prevention of psychosocial risks in work environments, demonstrating the close relationship between organizational management and occupational health.
This issue also includes reviews and analyses of Challenge-Based Learning and the use of technological resources in mathematics education, as well as the adaptation of instruments for evaluating independent learning strategies in childhood. Taken together, the collected articles offer a pluralistic, critical, and proactive perspective that contributes to understanding the current challenges facing education, administration, and society, and guides the search for well-founded and relevant solutions.
