Developing Soft Skills in Business Administration Program Students and their Contribution to Business Resilience and Competitiveness

This study analyzes how the development of soft skills in management programs contributes to business resilience and competitiveness. Through a systematic literature review, 16 of 25 studies published between 2011 and 2024 were selected, retrieved from databases such as Scopus, Redalyc, and Scielo. The results highlight that 93.75% of the studies focus on organizational resilience, highlighting its positive impact on business efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. This article provides an updated theoretical framework and practical methodologies to strengthen soft skills and resilience from higher education.
